Attorney at Law, holding a B.A. in Economics, Business and International Studies from UniPi, an LL.B. law degree from NKUA and an LL.M. in Maritime Law from Swansea University. Responsible for providing shipping compliance advices, and offering corporate governance services. Aris has gained his legal and compliance experience working with financial institutions and law firms in Greece and the EU.
Compliance Specialist
Compliance Specialist, holding an LL.B. law degree and LL.M. in Business and Commercial Law from Grenoble-Alps FoL along with an LL.M. in Maritime Law and Management of Maritime Activities from Aix-en-Provence FoL. Responsible for assessments with regard to entities, individuals, cargoes and vessels and overviews of the respective KYC files. Asimina has previously worked with cargo claims/survey companies and law firms in France & Greece. She joined ICSI in 2023.
